"Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. The water pressure and heat when trying to shower were never consistent (but usually okay). While not a comment about this hotel, know that this area doesn't have much for stuff to do. Camelot Castle Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Camelot castle is a perfect location for Tintagel . A short walk into the village which although busy is lovely. The views from the hotel are breathtaking with a costal path direct to the small beach( check tidal times before you go) There is a lovely bar where we purchased drinks and sat outside and watches the sunset. The hotel decor is amazing and have a comfortable lounge to sit on. Our room was plenty big enough with sea view, bathroom had a bath and separate shower too and was spotless. Only thing for me was the bed was a bit too firm. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were professional but also friendly. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel."
