"Walked in and the hotel smelled like sewer on the 2nd day. Found out at check in that the hot tub was broke and we booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. There was mildew in the tub/shower. The bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock. When we arrived and walked down the ab to our room, it smelled like smoke and mildew mixed, our room was extremely hot and muggy since no ac was on and we had to wait for it to cool off before going to sleep, went down to get breakfast at 8:45 (they closed at 9) and the lady attending the breakfast wouldn’t serve us and there was lots of food left. It was horrible!"
