"My room was OK, but the whole room was very dusty. The robes were old. There was no hand soap. Paying 1300 for 4 days, this was unacceptable. Not going to mention valet was on his phone while driving my car to the garage and not wearing a seatbelt. My dashcam got it all recorded."

"The staff at check in were a little rude. I stood there for awhile because the man was chatting with a team mate. We witnessed another customer that was ignored. The hotel was very noisey. I would have expected better for the high price i paid."
