"Basic but very clean accommodation with everything you need. No WiFi in rooms and the big gig in the bar on Friday night is noisy and unexpected! Communal areas a bonus shared with backpackers lodge. My only issue with the room was not being able to open a windows for fresh air so had to have the air-conditioning on. Good overall and value for the area "

"The room was large and clean. The room is actually quite nice. The parking situation is kind of abysmal. The restaurant and sports bar are okay but the food was terrible. If all you want is a room and you don't mind dragging your your luggage aways it's good."

"We had a lovely room with a good sized fridge, stove top, cooking utensils and a king sized bed. We had a lovely continental breakfast every morning (I love the pancake maker!) and the location was central to everything."

"We only had 2 niggles. 1. Could not get free to air TV working, it looked like the remote was not working. The other remote for Foxtel was ok. 2. No plug in the bathroom sink, more difficult for wet shavers. Whalers restaurant on site was superb!"
