"The room was clean and bright. Toiletries were replenish everyday. The staff were helpful and courteous,very polite and nice."

"Yes it was a very nice stay. The hospitality lady named Ayoy was so friendly and kind when I had to changed to a better room. I was traveling alone so she took good care of me! She told me about where to exchange money and made sure I got to the airport with special driver from the hotel. That felt really special and personalized. Thanks for a wonderful hospitality job and it was perfect vacation!!"

"The room was amazing. The staff were friendly and the location allowed us to walk to town (about half a mile) as well as enjoy a walk around the rice patties. "

"The Chaya was a great find. The rooms were super nice and the staff even more so! Also that pool - Beautiful! Keep in mind the resort is slightly outside the main of Nimmanhaemin - Good for a little quiet but a decent walk or short ride to the center of the food and drink scene. Closer to the airport though!"

"Beautiful hotel set right next to the river. The room was adorned with lots of cool artwork, had nice wooden finishing, and lots of space. I loved how they also had fresh fruit waiting for us in our room. The staff were very hospitable and helped make the stay very enjoyable. Overall would recommend this place and would stay there again if I go back to Chiang Mai. "
