"Good central location in walking distance to places of interest. Pets welcome in bedrooms, bar & restaurant. Characterful building & bar area stunningly decorated. Excellent, beautifully presented food. Only down side was the small car park. Had to park in the multi storey a 10min walk away."

"We arrived 2 hours early but were told our room was ready! On asking if there was a room we could upgrade to, we were given a Suite. Wow! it was fabulous and really changed our whole experience. The extra private sitting room was such a bonus and we made the most of it.
Reception staff were welcoming and helpful and when we had drinks in the bar/lounge the barman was friendly and really efficient.
We only booked one breakfast on the day we were checking out and, again, breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful with good choices whatever your requirements are.
We've stayed here before and would definitely stay again."
