"Room was clean, but there was a VERY strong smell of paint, like they had painted minutes before we got there strong. So we opened the window to air it out and it did not help. Staff was friendly!"
"I do really like Hampton Inn's. We had an accessible room. Check in quick and easy, friendly staff and clean room. Bed very comfortable. Big Smart TV. I always like to comment on breakfast, as hubby and I are both gluten sensitive. There was the traditional scrambled eggs. This morning there were sliced ring sausage and fried potatoes with peppers and onions. One kind of yogurt and hard boiled eggs. I like the way they had the food set up as stations. Waffles and everything you need at one countertop. Cereals with milk, etc at another counter. Hot foods in servers with everything you might want in another area. At a different hotel I waited to get my eggs because a lady was standing there.....turned out she was waiting for her waffle to cook in a waffle maker that was right next to the eggs/sausage. The set up at Hampton Inn made so much more sense! Staff was constantly refilling and cleaning the area up! Kudos to all the staff at this hotel! 👍"
"This was perhaps one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. The decor was beautiful and the decorating theme was tasteful and elegant. We stayed in a king suite and it was spacious and comfortable. Best shower ever! Bidets in the bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise! The bed was also comfortable. We also ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were delicious and (as someone from the West Coast) wonderfully priced! Will definitely stay here again in the future if we are ever in Sioux City again. "
