"Note that breakfast is not included and the breakfast food available was overpriced and not very good. There is a Starbucks a few blocks away. The staff were helpful and the room was very quiet but stuffy. Oddly there was no fan in the bathroom or elsewhere in the room. The window view of the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial was nice."

"The rooms have all been updated new paint, curtains, bedspread etc. The front desk was manned by one person there was a LONG line to checkin but he took it all in stride and humor. We engaged in conversation while he checked me in, signed me up for the airport shuttle and long term parking. Then when I returned because my key didn't work we had a good laugh because I was trying tge key on door 149 but my room was 148!!"

"Check-in was easy and efficient. Staff was friendly. Parking is good especially for being in the city. The property is in good condition. One of the elevators wasn't working during our stay, but there are 2 others and there was only 1 time that we had to wait a significant time. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet, again for being right in the city. Our room had 3 towels and 3 hand towels but only 1 washcloth. It wasn't a big deal to us as I brought my own shower accessories, but those attentions to detail could be given a bit more priority."

"I know there have been a lot of negative reviews about this place but we were willing to gamble because it was almost half the price of most other hotels we were looking at. We wanted something within walking distance to the David L. Lawrence conference center. This place was a wonderful experience for us from beginning to end. I must of messaged them at least a dozen of times with messages on Hotels.com (but you could also text them) to ask questions and they responded very quickly answering everything! The check in process was easy as it was just a text message and link. When we arrived, we had a working code to get through the doors, but there was also other doors at the main entrance for guests if the code did not work. There were 2 people at the front desk that were very helpful and answered a lot of questions. We also did not have bedding for the pull out couch and they quickly grabbed us a bag with fresh linens for it. During our stay, we Door Dashed a dinner and the driver did not show up at the lobby but downstairs in the residents parking lot. The kind person at the front desk helped us out by running downstairs and getting it for us because I have trouble with stairs because of my back. The apartment complex is half residents and half hotel stays. The residents were very pleasant and friendly and helped to open doors (because I was using a walker). Check out was a breeze and valet parking was always quick."
