"Good location, fair service at checkin and no line, elevators were not too crowded and fast, decent gym, nice pool with a little jacuzzi next to it. Problem was housekeeping slamming on the doors at 9 Saturday morning. And we were there two days hoping to get a refresh on towels and coffee but no go."

"We stayed here for a concert at Stage AE and the location was perfect. It was a quick Uber ride to the venue. The room was clean, parking was free and easy, and I really liked that you needed a key card to get into the building—it added a nice sense of security. The front desk staff was really nice too. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"When I entered the room on a hot day it was freezing cold and I had to fuss with thermostat several times to find a comfortable temperature. I didn’t like the way you had turn on the shower while standing in cold water waiting for the water to get hot. The sink stopper was stuck in the down position and the lift lever was not easy to find. The bulb in one of the floor lamps was burned out so I had to swap out the bulb with another bulb to make the bedside lamp usable. The breakfast eggs and tater tots were so salty I couldn’t eat them. I somehow missed the fact that parking was $24 per day."
