"Beautiful space, we actually were members here before leaving Chicago so we’re excited to be back for a show down the road and take advantage of the hotel.
Staff is incredible, facilities and room are very clean.
Views are incredible, rooms are well equipped, there is a fridge, more than enough storage space.
BUT…
After two calls to the front desk during our four day stay, with the same answer - unfortunately due to how it’s constructed/layed out, you will NOT get more than 6 hours of actual sleep
Reason being, the gym is open from 5a-11p and every time Andre the Giant and Hercules throw weights on the 3rd floor, the hotel guests know.
It’s not the noise, which is why you get ear plugs on the bedside table, it’s the vibration it causes…and doesn’t stop during those hours."
