"The room and staff were perfect. We did not have time to try the free happy hour. Breakfast in the morning was very good and there was plenty of seating. The only thing we did not enjoy was that the public restrooms on amenity floor were not unlocked during posted hours. And the family restroom around the corner was unlocked, but out of toilet paper. The location was great for walking around town and going to the ballpark."

"The trip was beautiful for me and my wifeโs first time visiting Pittsburgh together. The hotel is definitely near all sightseeing destinations. Very busy location, of course the weekend we went there was a lot of events going on. Our first room smelled like mildew, but after talking to the front desk lady, we were moved to a bigger and better room. The view of the courtyard and water fountain was beautiful. We didnโt try the restaurant on site, but the coffee shop (Starbucks) employees were very friendly and even remembered my wifeโs coffee order within the short time we were there. We self-parked but they do have valet and they were helpful and friendly as well with our luggage and giving us directions to the parking garage. Overall rate for our anniversary vacation was 9/10, we would definitely recommend staying there."
