"Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts."

"I really enjoyed staying here. Room felt comfortable and clean! The area is homey with millions of opportunities for food. The only issue- expensive parking"

"The staff is very kind and helpful. I almost feel guilty writing this because they’re so sweet, but you should be forewarned. The room and property are very run down and dingy. The pillows are hard and lumpy. The windows are filthy. The room has a window AC and it’s very stuffy. It smelled mildewy. We booked 2 nights and left for another hotel after the first night. I’m surprised at the good reviews. They seem fake to us. We moved to a very high end hotel on the Gold Coast that cost less for our second night."

"Location is very ideal. Virtual staff was very responsive. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. You have an "VRBO" or "AirBNB" experience with this place - amenities, privacy, location - but also gives you a hotel experience. Check-out instructions were: "just leave the place reasonably tidy" and let us know if you need anything else. There's some construction going on next door so daytime noise will be reasonably louder. But that's part of the city charm. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again."
