"Arrived on October 11th around 8am into Sydney. The front desk team were absolutely amazing. They were kind, super helpful, and it made all the difference after 26 hours of travel. The room was AMAZING. Was only in Sydney for 36 hours and had a marathon of meetings, but will definitely recommend this to friends, colleagues, and definitely stay again. Thank you very much."

"Would have liked some sort of folder or dossier with information about the hotel itself - emergency meeting points, plus up-to-date eating options, maybe even some idea about bus timetables. Was always greeted when we left or returned by front office staff."
