"I specifically chose this property because of the car parking. Even though I selected ‘free parking’ in my search options, it wasn’t until check in that I was informed that parking was a considerable extra cost per night. This was an extra expense that was not budgeted for, causing me to locate more affordable parking that was an inconvenient distance from the accommodation. There were no free street parking options during the weekdays, and limited on weekends. If this information was made clear at the time of booking, I would have decided not to hire a car. Or I could have chosen a different property that suited my needs. Mould on grout in the shower, stained carpet in the living room and the balcony tiles were filthy! Management did not respond to my email complaint. "

"Comfortable upstairs rooms rooms in a cosy local pub hotel reminiscent of accomodation of an English Country Pub atmostphere. A breakfast kitchen and lounge along with shared bathrooms make for rooms make for an interesting communal atmostphere with fellow travellers unlike large corporate hotels. Fantastically located opposite a lovely local park and nearby shopping strips and restaurants of North Sydney of Crows Nest just a medium stroll away."

"Stayed here before. As my family live across the road. Chose different room this time. Booked 3 nights across Anzac, zero housekeeping the whole time . So price felt unfair. I booked a room with a deck but never used it , as its very enclosed so not much sun and all the rooms above can look right down on you. Nice and quiet at night and aircon kept perfect temperature. Travelling with my grownup son, so two small "single" beds. They only had 1 x chair in the room so had to sit on the beds predominantly. Hence the room felt poky. Grateful for the Nespresso machine but they only had mugs!.. Handy to the St Leonards station and big superette nearby. Lots of eating places at night thanks to the development around St Leonards."
