"The room was comfortable and clean. The entire property was well maintained. Take advantage of the free shuttle and ensure you call the hotel to pick you up. Pick up is at the Jetstar domestic arrival near Gate 9. We added breakfast to our stay, which was fresh, delicious, and had variety. The staff were helpful, professional, and friendly."

"Presentation always above standard. Room nice and spacious, staff were lovely with no long waits. Parking was easy and access into hotel. Only disappointment was it is not safe to work around at night and enjoy the evening in Auckland City .. too many homeless under the influence."
