"The facility is modern and well maintained. My biggest issue was finding a temporary parking spot behind the hotel so that I could arrange valet parking. There were not enough hotel designated spots available, and the minute I unknowingly parked in a nearby spot that seemed okay, an aggressive bylaw officer interrogated and even followed me into the hotel to argue with the front desk staff despite a long lineup of patrons waiting to check in. We didn't end up getting ticketed, but it took a lot of explaining to the bylaw officer AND the front desk staff, which was frustrating. While not the fault of the hotel, this made for a stressful check-in experience in an unfamiliar part of the city after being on the road for 9 hours. The whole point of the valet service is to alleviate the stress of parking (and we had no other choice with our heavy baggage)."
