"The rooms are clean, large and excellent beds, which are three of the most important things to us when we travel. The staff is excellent."

"A Cora restaurant is on the site, with entrance from the hotel lobby, which is excellent for a good beeakfast. They have a decent gym."

"The hotel was okay. The room had what we believe was a freshly painted ceiling but the smell was extremely strong. The room also did not have a window so it was impossible to get rid of the smell even with the bathroom fan on 24/7. We did spend the majority of the time outside of the hotel, however the smell was noticeable also in our clothes after a few days in the hotel. We had arrived early on check in day with the expectation the room would not be ready. We were asked for a fee per bag to keep them at the hotel prior to check in. At check out we had the same experience paying a fee per bag to keep them at the lobby. The fee was small but surprising as most places will happily store guests belongings prior to check in. "

"I had an extremely upsetting experience staying at this hotel. On the first night of my stay, my car was stolen from the hotel parking lot. When I checked in, I specifically asked where I should park. The front desk agent, Astou, directed me to park in the back lot even though there was parking available in the front of the building near the entrance and front desk. When I later saw the back lot, it was clear that security was very poor. On the right side of the building the gate was completely open, allowing anyone to drive in and out freely. On the left side, the gate arm was broken. Although it appeared down, you could easily drive around the broken barrier without swiping or any type of access control. The next morning when I realized my car had been stolen and reported it to the front desk, the response was shockingly dismissive. Staff simply said that it “happens a lot,” mentioned that another car had been stolen the night before, and commented that my vehicle is a “common car.” There was no concern, apology, or effort to assist. While speaking with them, I saw another guest returning a steering wheel club that the hotel had provided for vehicle protection. When I asked why I was never offered that option; especially if they know car theft is common; I was told those are only offered to guests staying for a week or longer. Knowing that thefts happen frequently and still directing guests to park in an unsecured back lot without warning them is extremely irresponsible."

"Friendly staff, great location and nice amenities like cappuccino machines in the lobby and plush robes. The property is a bit dated with a cracked window in one hallway and ripped carpet in another. The outdoor pool was nicely heated and clean but overrun with kids on Saturday and Sunday with lots of towels left all over the place. Sauna was closed and kids were jumping in and out of the hot tub so not a great couples experience…. would recommend for families or perhaps midweek for couples "

"Good location. Clean room. The walls might be soundproof but not the door so when people talk in the hallway and come back drunk at night you get awakened. We booked a queen size bed room but got two double bed instead. That was very disappointing!!"
