"Check in queue takes time, they should have put more staff to accommodate clients faster. Upon checking in our room looks like not that ready to be occupied as there were no bathrobe, slippers, and towels. Tried to call thrice the operator to request for it but not picking up so ended up that my husband went down the lobby to request for it. Not our first time checking in and we’re quite satisfied with our previous experience here but this time our expectations were not really met and it’s more of disappointed."

"We organised a one-night staycation and were unfortunately disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The couch was stained and overall cleanliness was terrible, the furniture felt outdated, and there was no dining table in the suite we booked. To make matters worse, the bathtub drainage wasn’t working properly, and the toilet flush button was also faulty.
It was clear that the property hasn’t been maintained to the standard expected. The hotel looks impressive in the booking photos, but our experience did not reflect a true five-star level of quality. Sadly, based on this stay, I wouldn’t consider it a five-star experience."

"Meals were average. My daughter ordered the kids fried rice which was inedible.
Main reason we stayed was for the carparking near the airport yet their parking is $2 more per day than most hotels in the area and I was charged 3 days parking even though my car was not even there 48 hours.
On the whole, I wouldnt stay again "
