"L'hôtel a beaucoup perdu de sa qualité. Pendant mon séjour, seul 1 ascenseur fonctionnait sur le 2. Et j'ai eu le sentiment que la situation semblait normale. Pas exceptionnelle. Sauf que ça oblige à être patient à certaines heures. J'avais booké cet hôtel car je le connaissais déjà et j'en avais un excellent souvenir. Je devais donner une formation et je pensais pouvoir utiliser le Wi-Fi de l'hôtel. Un cauchemar. La qualité était tellement mauvaise que j'ai perdu mon temps et mon client a demandé à annuler la formation via Teams tellement la qualité du réseau etait mauvaise. On est à Seattle!!! La ville du cloud! C'est inacceptable. Sinon, la chambre est bien mais rien d'exceptionnel. J'etais dans la 614. Avantage, ils ont quand même mis ma voiture en recharge pendant la nuit mais bon... à 66$ le stationnement, je crois qu'ils peuvent. Pas de café dans la chambre... Rien! Et le restaurant dans le lobby facture 5$ le café. C'est un détail mais je crois que ça en dit long sur la baisse de la qualité de cet hotel. C'est dommage. Je l'aimais bien. Mais au prix du centre ville de Seattle, il existe beaucoup d'autres options."

"My stay at the Belltown Inn was perfect! From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I stayed for four days, and my room was cleaned and organized daily, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of some of the most popular tourist attractions, including the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. There are also convenient bus stops nearby. I even took the bus to T-Mobile Park with ease. While there were a few homeless in the surrounding area. They were not too bothersome, but you should still take precaution. There were 2 homeless that tried approaching me on my walk to Pike. The hotel also provides security on-site starting at 11 p.m. Overall, it’s a great hotel with wonderful staff. I will definitely be booking another stay here in the future!"

"Not a safe area. Arriving in Seattle, we were greeted by its signature rain. I was looking forward to exploring the city and heading out to a nice restaurant despite the weather. When we asked the hotel for an umbrella, we were told that none were available because many guests don’t return them. I found this response quite disappointing and somewhat dismissive. For a hotel, it would be far more appropriate to offer a solution—such as lending umbrellas with a deposit—rather than simply turning guests away. "

"Locate in downtown area, 12 minutes walk to the space needle, 10minutes drive to pike market, very convenient if you want to stay downtown area. Underground Parking is extra charge for $30 USD per night, similar charges if you chose to park on street or the private parking right beside the hotel, so that was extra cost on top of the hotel fee. May affect your decision of choosing hotel on Expedia."
