"The room was clean but other common areas need to be updated. One elevator was not working. The staff was great. There are also extras for happy hour and fresh fruit for a snack, cold water in the lobby and a snack shop. It was conveniently located in a safe part of downtown. They even provided earplugs in case the noise was a problem but I didn't experience any noise that kept me awake. I would stay there again."

"WE ARRIVED AT 9AM AND WEREN'T CHECKED IN UNTIL WE COMPLAINED LATER IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN WE SAW OTHERS CHECKED AS THEY ARRIVED. WE WERE TOLD SOME STRANGE TALE ABOUT THE KIND OF ROOM WE WERE GETTING. MADE NO SENSE AT ALL. SERVICE WAS GOOD AFTER CHECK IN BUT CHECK IN WAS A NIGHTMARE. "

"The staff at the front desk were great! They were very accommodating in storing our luggage prior to our check in. They also arranged transportation to and from the port for our group.. our room was quite comfortable and breakfast in the morning was wonderful! My compliments to the entire staff!"
