"Our room was fabulous! Beautiful hotel.
Oliver’s was a disappointment. Dinner service was very slow. Food was just ok. We gave them another chance at breakfast. Food was great but service was terrible. Very slow. No requested coffee refills and our waitress seemed to disappear. Had to request our bill from another staffer.
So the accommodations were excellent but I would skip Oliver’s next time, which is sad because I like having an onsite restaurant after a long day of travel. Very disappointed."
"The staff was amazing! I loved that it was close to most everything in walking distance. The street it was on was definitely one of the streets that had more homeless people around, I know that is not the hotel’s problem as there weren’t any on the property I just wish I had known prior to booking."
"At times it was a little noisy, hearing sounds from outside the room door or the floor above us. Staff was very helpful, scheduling shuttles for us, providing info for restaurants. As far as the breakfast, it would have been helpful if there was at least one gluten-free bread option and one non-dairy milk option for coffee or oatmeal."

8/10 Good
"Pool was advertised on the website, never found it or saw any signs indicating it’s location. Shuttle service was convenient and helpful but, as this was my first time in Seattle, I didn’t quite understand how the shuttle locations worked and when I called for assistance the receptionist I spoke to was quite rude, almost as if I was inconveniencing him by asking for help. If you’re an experienced traveler this would be a good stay but any first timers I’d recommend just staying closer to downtown"
"We loved this hotel. Our stay in the Superior Suite was fantastic. Clean. Comfortable. Nice staff. Perfect location. Fair price. This is the most enjoyable hotel stay experience in recent memory. I highly recommend the Executive Hotel Pacific and I hope to come back again in the not too distant future. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience for us."
