I've complained a lot about his behavior but whenever we go he/she is still there with his attitude. He also takes his kid to work and he's in the lobby and I think that's wrong"

"Liked the room, bed, air conditioning (100 degrees out), & outside pool. The staff and breakfast were great (a good variety of hot & cold foods like eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc.). The hot tub bubbler did not work and the stool flush broke but was fixed. The accessible room was nice, but far from elevator on 8th floor! We would stay again. "
