"I love the hospitality of the staff, the only problem is that we asked for a higher floor before booking, they didnt honor that, and of course, they have to give the hogh floor to a family with 20 kids running all over the place up to 2am. That is completely inconsiderate...and that is whyI asked for a higher floor. I hope next time they can honor it. Is a good hotel but as a recommendation I think you should considered to give those lower floor to families with kids, that way they can run allll night long as they pleased without interrupting anyone's sleep."
