"No shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. Clerk said we’d have to go to front desk and ask for some. They should’ve informed us during check in and provided the items so that we wouldn’t have to go back down. One of the elevator floors had a large crack in it. Dangerous to guests. "

"Mattress to soft difficult to body rotation in sleep. Worst issue historically toilet seats typically unsecured from lack of maintenance and frequently occurs over my history at this property making use uncomfortable and potentially injurious to guest. "I stayed here when I visited San Antonio the past 2 years and I must say my experience has been awesome!!! From a quick check in and great staff, to a buffet breakfast with several choices! They serve free dinner also with many choices and complimentary popcorn in the lobby. Our room was large and clean with a separate living area that had a fold out couch and separate tv. The hotel was only about 10-11 minutes from the downtown River Walk area. I will definitely stay here again if I have to come back to San Antonio! "
