Hotels with Airport Shuttle in North San Antonio - SAT, San Antonio

"Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and very close to the air port and that's the only reason we stay there. There is a trans, black man, at the front desk who is extremely rude. I've complained a lot about his behavior but whenever we go he/she is still there with his attitude. He also takes his kid to work and he's in the lobby and I think that's wrong"

"Liked the room, bed, air conditioning (100 degrees out), & outside pool. The staff and breakfast were great (a good variety of hot & cold foods like eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc.). The hot tub bubbler did not work and the stool flush broke but was fixed. The accessible room was nice, but far from elevator on 8th floor! We would stay again. "

"This has been by far one of the easiest hotel check-ins ever! Took less than 5mins to get us checked in. Loved the central location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was incredibly accommodating. Our room was having trouble cooling down and front desk offered to switch rooms if the AC wasn't cooling and in the meantime they brought us a fan. Free happy hour drinks were a plus before our night out! And the complimentary breakfast was top-notch! Definitely our hotel of choice whenever we're in San Antonio from now on!"
