"The porch of the Inn has a spectacular view of the bay and river. It was so much fun to watch the tide go in and out. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The garden was in full bloom so that was very nice. Our host knew all kinds of information about the area which was helpful and interesting. And our breakfast in the morning was excellent. We also got to meet several of the other guests and had great conversation."

"A great location for a stopover to or from Halifax Airport if heading north. Easy to find in a quiet location. Large comfortable room, clean with all you require. Bar/restaurant a little dated but pleasant staff and quality quite satisfactory. Welcome voucher for 2for1 draft beer or wine was good as was the 15% food voucher. Overall very good value for money. Would recommend this hotel"
