"Clean room, great location. I stayed here only two weeks prior and had a great experience. In checking in this time, an unfriendly agent told me they had a new check-in policy that only accepted 3:00 p.m. check-ins when it had been noon previously. With the new policy only in place for a few days, I would expect them to honor the exception just once for an existing client. It was her particularly unfriendly attitude that added insult to injury.
