"Clean rooms and a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and so was the food in the restaurant. I chose Hotel Saint Paul because they have room safes. The hotel is nice but not fancy. The air conditioning works great though. It’s is near the Theatro Amazonias so you can walk there easily during the day. We were on the third floor and there was a lot of street noise at night, so if you need it quiet to sleep be sure to get a room on the higher floors."

Limpeza excepcional, cans super confortáveis, café da manhã super delicioso com varias opções. A única coisinha pequena é que na parede de traz da torneira do banheiro está solta e ficou um pouco feio aquilo assim saindo do lugar quando abro a torneira do chuveiro. Mas o resto nota máxima. Excelente. Recomendo este hotel. "

In checking in this time, an unfriendly agent told me they had a new check-in policy that only accepted 3:00 p.m. check-ins when it had been noon previously. With the new policy only in place for a few days, I would expect them to honor the exception just once for an existing client. It was her particularly unfriendly attitude that added insult to injury.
