Since most guests stay between three to six nights, it is important to introduce new food options daily so they can enjoy a different experience each time they dine at the buffet. I had all along a very good stay but 2 times had almost horrible experiences. 1. there is no onsite taxi service and the onsite tour service nexus tours were not really very coordinated. 2. Food at the italian place was sent all burnt. food at the mexican restruant was delayed for like 40 mins. there was a clear discrimination for people like me. the condition where they dont have any taxi or onsite shuttle almost could have cost me few grands of USD to loose my flight and stranded. I felt if i would have had a medical emergency then Planet Hollywood didn't have anyone on call or "star class" member benefit had nothing. something to be mindful if planning to book a stay here."
