"The hotel lobby is on 2nd floor. You enter from a side street small entrance to an elevator and it is hard to find with Google map. The breakfast is very good and staff are attentive. Good location, close to metro. Room is functional with storage spaces. Quiet and slept well."

"One of the best hotels I stayed at in Japan. I will stay here again next time I'm in Japan. Rooms are clean, layout is efficient. I appreciated the deep, soaking bathtubs, hot water, and Toto bidet toilets. The complimentary coffee and beverage refreshments in the lobby were a welcome reward at the end of a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and a one-time breakfast buffet credit for becoming a reward member is a nice feature. If only American hotels were this well managed."
