"Good time nice people very clean, but for type of hotel should have many many more microwaves than one in a corner of a laundry room and at least maybe a sign that says where it is at assistant at desk would not show me spent 40 minutes walking whole bottom level of a hotel all for a ham and cheese hot pocket"

"If I could give them a negative five stars i would! Super dirty, found 3 roaches 2 were dead and 1 alive! The building on the outside is super old and run down. I would never stay here again even if they paid me! So disappointed, i've stayed in quality inn before but never like this!"

"I checked in, went to my room and as soon as I walk in the bugs are walking around and there was such a strong smell of bleach in the whole room that I couldn’t breathe. I was with my son and we took our stuff went back in our car and to the office to let them know we couldn’t stay there due to the circumstances and to cancel our reservation and now I’m fighting to get my money back smh."

"Do NOT stay at this property unless you just need it to be close to something you are attending and have no other good choices. If we would have known it was this bad, we would have driven further and just paid an Uber more to go to the event from our hotel. We got there 50 minutes earlier than the 3 PM check-in time and staff would absolutely not allow us to check in without a $25 early check in fee. Staff must have the flexibility to be able to make a common sense decision when the property was clearly not booked solid. Th beds in the rooms all had the old spring style supports all the way under the mattress and did nothing but squeak with every little movement waking the other person in the room if they were able to fall asleep at all. The property obviously is renting to some government subsidized families as we were on the 3rd floor and there were people/children stomping around all night above us on the 4th floor from 8 PM until after 1 AM in the morning and with no phone in the room, there is no way to ring the front desk to complain without walking down to the office and then all staff leave at 11 PM anyway and there is nobody there to complain to. Avoid this property and seek other options. The furniture in the room is very outdated and you can't even open some of the drawers on the dresser as it is off track and wedged in."

"The staff was extremely pleasant. The rooms were quiet and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The free continental breakfast was amazing, especially the omlete station. The common areas are beautiful. The lake in front of the hotel has a wonderful walkway and park area. I only have one suggestion, upgrade the paper goods ( tissues, toilet paper and napkins). Everything else is high quality."

"There was nothing in the kitchen drawers. I didn’t want to cook anyway. The breakfast said that there would be fresh fruit and there was none. I was there for two days. Very nice location very nice room. Forge Garage restaurant was right next-door in the same parking lot. That was a big Plus."

"Our stay at the Hilton was extremely disappointing! We had to have maintenance to the room three times to repair safe issues and light issues. On the final day of our stay the room was not serviced despite the room being vacant from 10am until 7:30pm. We called the front desk and it took about 10 minutes of letting the phone ring before it was answered. We were told there were other customers which was why it took so long to answer the phone. That was an outright lie as we had just come from the lobby not two minutes earlier and there were no customers in the lobby or at the front desk. The night manager, with whom we spoke, was rude and attempted to blame the room not being serviced on the fact that we had the privacy sign on our door until we departed that morning at 10am!! It seems reasonable that one would have the privacy sign on the door while the room is occupied yet customer service had the entire day from 10am to service the room which was not done!! I’m very disappointed with the service at this Hilton and the demeanor of the personnel and will certainly keep this in mind when seeking hotels in the future!!"
