"When you book on Expedia you book a pet friendly hotel it does not give you an option to express that you have a pet when you get there they're not asking you about a pet and I put up a deposit down of $50 they threaten to take my deposit because I was going to take a waffle from the continental breakfast that says online it's called breakfast on the go free breakfast on the go number one I'm legally blind and I was bringing waffle back to the room for my husband I couldn't read any sign that they had in there and the man who came in and said you can't go out that door with that waffle I said I was taking it to my husband cuz he wasn't feeling well and he said if you take it out that door you lose your deposit I said I thought he was kidding so I was just kind of like going out the door anyway joking around with him at the same time and he started getting loud with me and then he started you know he was really yelling and so in turn I said how are you talking to customers this way do you have a manager and he said no and I said you own this place and he goes my family owns this place and if you don't like it you can leave and you can leave now and he was very rude to me it is a family-owned Hotel they do everything from maid service in the morning to he shows up because he sees on camera what's going on we stayed four days and at the end of our four days he took our deposit because we had brought our pet it said pet friendly when I reserved it and that was it no other questio"
