"Front desk staff (male) isn't friendly nor helpful when questions are asked, both via phone call and in person. His answers are one worded, belittling and make guests feel like they should figure things out themselves and that our questions are dumb. I'd NOT assign him as a frontline team if you care about leaving good first impression of the property on guests. "

"My daughter and I had a great stay, we thought we were staying across the street and they moved us to the second floor, with a good view. All in all we were very happy with are little weekend get away."

"It’s not the fanciest hotel but the service was great, the room was nice with a great balcony view of the marina. It was a nice stay for a reasonable price. I woul stay there again."
