"The staff were polite, but the whole place just didn't seem takeb care of. Could definitely use a face lift. The pool area needed a good scrubbing. 1 of the ice machines was broken, amd so was the sauna. My biggest issue that even if you ask for housekeeping. It doesn't happen. We stayed 4 nights. Had to go ask for fresh towels, taking down our used one. And not once was the trash taken out. If we wanted it to be taken out we had to take it down ourselves. I'm sorry, but if I wanted to do chores, I would have stayed home. We were on vacation. Which brings me to another point, pretty sure people just live there. Whoever was in the room above is was walking around all night long. Our rooms door also did not have a good seel, the light from the hall shown through all night long. I can name so many other issues. But at the end of the day, I picked this place for the family suit, my daughters had space of their own, and were able to go to bed at their normal times. Even so, we won't be staying there again. "

"The staff were great! The ocean view spectacular! Close to everything you want and in walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the pool is warm. "

"Wonderful place and location. Very dog friendly as well. Just a heads up for other dog owners, there is a dog fee (not mentioned anywhere until after booking). "

"The room itself was clean, which was a bonus. Our room had two TV remotes, which was a bit odd—one was used to turn the TV on/off and control the volume, while the other was used for the guide. Each bed only had two pillows. When I asked if we could get a couple more, the gentleman at the front desk said there were no extra pillows in the hotel, which seemed strange. The beds were very soft, and the bed frame felt somewhat unstable. The toilet did not flush properly and seemed like it could overflow at any moment. The staff were friendly and seemed to be as helpful as they could be. That said, I do wish they had been dressed a bit more professionally. At check-in, the gentleman at the front desk warned us that the pool, which is normally heated, was not heated at the time, but the hot tub was still working. When we got into the hot tub, we noticed a lot of foam on top of the water and it smelled extremely strong of chemicals. One person sitting in the hot tub even said, “I hope I don’t get a chemical burn from this.” While that comment might have sounded dramatic, it honestly didn’t feel far-fetched. Our clothes smelled so strongly of chlorine afterward that we couldn’t get the smell out of them or off our skin. As mentioned at check-in, the pool was not heated and was extremely cold—very, very cold. The front door to the hotel also appeared to be broken, which left the lobby freezing. I also never saw the “terrace” that’s pictured online, nor were we told where it was "

"I have been here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. Rooms are always very clean and all oceanfront. At check in and checkout staff are very professional and courteous. We ordered room service and they were pretty quick considering the fact that they were extremely busy and food was amazing!!! I had the prime rib and my boyfriend had the seafood pasta and both tasted amazing!!! I do wish they offered breakfast the next morning. But that is definitely not a deal breaker since there are wonderful restaurants nearby that serve breakfast/brunch and super yummy. I do miss seeing the huge jellyfish that was located in lobby area though. Price is also very reasonable. Overall had a great time. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away and destress!!! I will be going back for sure. Thank you "

"The rooms were old but very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly the mini fridge dis not work and there were no bags for the ice bucket so we had to wash it then put ice in it i had a crack so it leaked all over but waa an easy clean up. The fire place waa nice all night and the ocean was so close i cracked the door to listen to it all night. Will definitely stay again was a good price for ocean front with a balcony."
