"They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

"Staff very friendly and helpful with recomendations for food and sight seeing. Loved being right on the beach and having a beach view from my room. My room was very clean and spacious and the fireplace was wonderful on chilly nights. I will stay here again."

"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that it took some time to fill the bathtub. That said, the water flow itself wasn’t slow—the tub is simply quite large, so it’s understandable. Another minor point was the wall décor in the room, such as the driftwood art, which felt a bit underwhelming.."

"Had an amazing stay matter of fact we booked an extra night. Room was clean and quite, beds and pillows were comfy. The staff was absolutely the best, she was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard waffles, coffee, yogurt, juice etc. But it was always stocked up and the staff kept it clean. Didn't use the air conditioner but the heater worked great. Only downside was the bubbles in the hot tub didn't work and being on the third floor hauling all your stuff up and down stairs kinda sacked. But regardless of that I will most definitely being staying again"

"Our stay at the HiTide was comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the treats, cookies, and daily breakfast, as well as the very friendly staff. Our non-view room was quiet and clean, although could use some updating. We felt safe and we appreciated the easy parking."
