"Great location in Old Town, with attached covered parking, very nice rooms at a very reasonable price! Staff was excellent! I observed one staff member quickly recognize that a visually impaired guest was struggling to pick out breakfast items, and she helped him every step of the way! Highly recommend!"

"The breakfast menu was not good. The juice machine was out of order. The room was not clean. There were spider webs hanging off the lamps. The bedding made us itch. Kristen, the desk clerk went above and beyond any other clerk I've met! She was an absolute doll and help! She helped us bring our luggage in. Kristen is a caring, compassionate and kind individual. She ROCKS! I was disappointed to walk into this hotel because our room was suppose to be on a main level. It was difficult for both of us going up and down 9 stairs. The washer and dryer need to be cleaned. "
