"They were very accommodating- we got a botttom floor as suggested because we have a little climber. The partial ocean view/ pool view was amazing! The fireplace by the pool was breathtaking facing the ocean sunset! We loved the location, my favorite by far! Beach, stores,shopping, restaurants, we didn't have to drive anywhere for 3 days!
The parking is pricey but i guess thats CA for you!
Clean rooms, microwave, fridge saved money for food so we just heated up leftovers from restaurants.
Pool is heated and plush cumfy seating! Hot tub was so relaxing 😌 pool towels included in room, added bonus!
We did have some issues with our room- bathroom door lock and tub drain didn’t work properly but they fixed it same day! TV Remote outdated and never worked right and no streaming apps, just tv but we had a tablet to watch our movie apps. We requested our trash taken out later in the day and some more coffee cups but no one ever came.
Over all it was a great experience, hotel and location! Will definitely be back!"
