"Check in friendly and organised Room given was terrific En route noted used plates / glasses and beverage containers in the corridors. This was after checking in started at 4pm hence 4* for cleanliness. Spa area was lovely Staff very friendly across the hotel Breakfast was very busy and the team dealt with everything efficiently and with courteousness"

"Great location for River walks, shopping, bars and restaurants. There is an area for coffees, pastries and ice creams which is a nice touch. Also a great patio for drinks etc. Lovely dinner area and great service. Breakfast was very generous and tasty; Samantha was exceptional. Room was clean and comfortable but the toilet was weird and located too close to the sink. Amenities for women could use improvement - need body lotion and better shampoo/conditioner; it was the worse I ever used and I wished I hadn’t washed my hair there. At checkout we were told we owed a balance. Glad that my husband asked why we owed $ instead of just paying because it turned out to be a mistake on their side. The hotel lobby area was very warm and comfortable and Luka who checked us in was fantastic."

"Truly excellent place to stay. Staff were all lovely and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was as good as you could possibly imagine. The setting, the buildings and the property were all as good as anyone could expect. We had a minor issue with our room that we was quickly resolved and a manager followed up with us to discuss it and ensure that everything was satisfactory. Couldn't have been handled more expertly. 11 out of 10!"
