Hotels near North Memorial Health Hospital

"The tv had this weird thing going on where when i pressed a button on the remote it would control the tv and the smart device plugged into the hdmi, making it difficult to navigate the tv channels or smart apps like Netflix and Youtube. The shower head was partially broken and taped on, so i couldnt adjust it. The breakfast was pretty basic, but good, it kinda irked me that they served bacon one day i was there then sausage every subsequent day after. I'm all for changing up the menu but basics like eggs and bacon should always be available. The rooms needed some sort of soundproofing... people were staying in the neighboring room and i heard every little movement they made which made me wonder if they heard me. Wifi was really slow, my 5g on my phone was faster Staff was very friendly! Suite was in a decent part of town with plenty of restaurants and such"

"The corner room I requested was GREAT. It was large, plenty of walking around area, sectional sofa, air worked great, spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff was super nice as well. A few small issues, there was no way to stop water from exiting the shower door so always a puddle after a shower. The toilet decided when it wanted to flush and the friggin remote to the TV, I wanted to throw it out the window. Luckily, the Hilton app has TV functions, so I just used my phone to control the TV. There is not a lot around this hotel as far as shopping or restaurants. There are some, but not many and the only one on the property is pretty sparce. It looks like the area around the hotel was once very vibrant but not anymore. On that note, room service was quick! And the food was wonderful so I just ate in my room all three nights. No complaints and tried something different each night."

"We really like this hotel. Warm staff. Superbly decorated rooms. It took awhile for the hot water to get to the 12th floor, but this is more suggestion (to install a pump system) than a critique. In-and-out parking worked slick. We'll be back! PWM"
