"The bathroom has black mold and cockroaches , open electrical boxes with no covers, no toilet paper holder, you could here the people in the next room talking in normal voices"

"The ac went out in room called the front office to have it looked at and no one ever came to fix. There was a roach in the bathroom. And when i went to take a shower my first night there was a used bar of soap left in shower and things from the previous occupants. The bed sheets had what looked like died blood on them"
