"We have stayed here many times and enjoyed the room floor plans by ourselves, with grandchildren, with family. When we came in October we didn’t realize the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner would be closed, the gondola would not be running, and the entire area in the back of the hotel would be dug up. Possibly my fault for assuming services would be in place. We still like the room layouts but felt like the facilities were getting a little dated."

"The room was old but I loved the character. It’s a great location. Turning the heat on was interesting but we made due. The only issue we had was with the parking structure. We have a truck and it was a very tight fit."
