"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The toilet in our original room would not flush, so we had to move rooms shortly after checking in. In the new room, the TV screen was completely blue and unusable, so we weren’t able to watch anything during our stay. The shower was visibly dirty, several lamps did not work, and only one elevator in the hotel was functioning, which caused long waits and inconvenience. Overall, the property did not feel well maintained, and the experience did not meet expectations."

"Our stay at Hyatt Place was horrible! It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. When we got there the closest door was cracked and we couldn’t close it. The floors were very dirty and one of my blankets had a huge hole in it. On the first day only one of the beds got set, so the next day I wrote a note that said “please set my bed this time. Thank you!”Instead of setting both beds The housekeeping people barely even went in the room. They just put some towels on the side of the couch and didn’t set the beds. One night at 3 A.M. the AC turned on and blasted cold air. The muffins were so over priced! I rate this hotel 1/2 of a star. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I DEMAND my money back!"

"I liked the hotel as a whole. The service and servants during both the breakfast and dinner meals were excellent. I was very surprised that dinner meals were offered. We had a ordeal to occur during our stay, and the gentleman at the front desk really helped us and we were thankful that it ended well. Every staff member was very friendly and courteous. Thanks"

"Do not — and I repeat, do not — book an overnight stay here. I showed up around 10 PM after a long day, exhausted and ready to get into my room and get some rest. First off, the place was so dimly lit it was hard to even find the makeshift lobby. Once I finally did, nobody was there. I called the number listed, and some guy answered telling me the office was closed and that I would have to cancel my booking through Expedia to get a refund because they stop checking guests in after 9 PM. None of this was mentioned anywhere online before booking. Being stuck trying to find another hotel at 10 PM at night when I was supposed to already have a room was beyond frustrating. Very unprofessional establishment and definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone."
