"I have had a long association with the White Heron, Shaw Savill for business reasons in the 80's, not as a guest. I chose them this time because of the locality to my itinerary this time. Somewhat jaded since my last contact but i still enjoyed my stay. Staff were professional/ courteous in the main but the breakfast crew who seemed to resent my intrusion. Hotel ok and can't be held for bad staff attitudes. (Again it was only breakfast staff)"

"Perfecto location in main area east walk anywhere , super close to sky tower the lady on reception morning May 8th was so kind and nice forgat her name !!small but if u want a suite then pay for it lol it had all necessary and comfortable !!"

"This was a great option for the airport and had easy transfer and parking. The room was very dated and there were patches of water damaged wood in the bathroom, there was also some paperwork from the previous occupier that had not been cleaned and were still on the desk. also stains on the bed spread. I liked the convenience of being able to park outside the room and leave the car there for the duration of our time overseas. It was a functional room for the little time that we stayed there....
