"I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Burbank Airport Inn. The customer service was excellent, and the hotel itself was well-maintained and comfortable. I really liked the accommodations and amenities. However, I did feel a bit uneasy about the surrounding area, especially if we had needed to walk or use public transportation. Thankfully, we were driving, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a great place to stay if you're traveling by car."

"I loved the continental breakfast items. They also had staff ready to help. My son accidentally spilled his hot chocolate. They cleaned it up fast and cheerfully. She didn’t want to accept my tip. The only thing negative is that the stairwells smelled bad. Like garbage and weed. We stayed a couple days and it was a constant smell. "
