"The eggs for breakfast are not real eggs. The presentation looks more like a yellow cake without frosting. Otherwise our stay was very good. We will stay here again next time we are in Plattsburgh. Thank you."

"We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was ok. Rooms were neat. Bathroom were clean. A/C worked fine. Location was excellent. Close to Burlington and have 3 restaurants within walking distance. The staff were excellent, especially Heather, who helped us move to different room when there was a leak in the bathroom. The only thing was some parts of the hallway in front of rooms with dogs, might smell like a wet dog smell. Some dog barking at nights but ok for the most part. I had to point out that the staff were the stars in this facility."

"Bed was very comfortable and pillows great. Water pressure could have been better in shower. Great location off highway and not far from driving to bike trail parking. "

"Check in was easy and fast. Our first room was a non smoking room but smelled like Pot when we went in. I asked to be moved and we were right away. It’s a nice hotel however the carpets could be cleaned in the hallway. Plenty of room for us and the room had a microwave and refrigerator."
