"As soon as we checked in, there was a fire alarm. We had to leave the hotel, fire trucks surrounded the building, so we were forced to spend several hours outside. It is impossible to sleep in the hotel, the windows in the rooms are leaky all the way, the sounds of downtown do not let you sleep even on the 8th floor, you are like in the middle of the road. At 2 am we changed apartments to a two-bedroom suite, due to the smaller windows in the bedroom it was quieter. but in general the windows are leaky throughout the building. The building needs a major renovation and replacement of windows!!!"

"Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a room with 2 queen beds so got double beds instead. This made for very tight sleeping arrangements."

"Floors in room were very dirty, comfy beds and pillows, breakfast area so small and not very well supplied. Only one waffle maker and there was a lineup of about 20 people. No variety,"

"Though there were some highlights of our stay, such as a good breakfast, a couple helpful staff, and the property being fairly clean, the negatives outweighed the positives. Upon arrival, (15 minutes after the check in time), we were informed our room still wasn't ready. They had to move us into another room. The person helping us was clearly overwhelmed, and it appeared the hotel was short staffed. The staff member gave us towels (which we had to take outside to drive around the building to get to the entrance of our room), because he didn't believe even this room was cleaned for us. We also had a bad experience in the pool area with a group of teenagers. The hallways were always quite noisy, and you could hear it all in the room. Overall, this was a pretty mediocre hotel, one of which I would not stay in again."

"The breakfast had a variety of items for everyone, and it stays open until 11 am! We enjoyed our stay."
