"Nice place but bed was hard as a rock. Need to up grade their mattress. Plus one elevator wss broken and had to walk for ever to use the only working elevator very inconvenient."

"The design of the room was cool. The furniture is outdated and the king bed wasn’t the best in comfort. Clean room though. The staff was very friendly. Our shuttle driver Marty was very nice and friendly. The air conditioning units needs updating. A little noisy. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice place to stay and the location is pretty good. Breakfast! Let’s just stick with coffee and waffles, some oatmeal and fruit. Bar area was a hit. Nice specials and not real costly. 8/10"

"Housekeeping was great! We stayed a week with a toddler. Seems like maybe they’re renovating pool area, heavily chlorinated smell, Parking was close to elevator areas, laundry room was efficient for our stay, room was spacious enough for us and everything around isn’t too far from the hotel. Only thing that we weren’t too fawn of was the parking fee, it’s a hotel I would’ve thought parking was free, atlas we didn’t see that they listed parking fee in the description. Otherwise it’s a convenient stay."

"The hotel was very nice, everything including the rooms were clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing. There was no visible clock in the room. Housekeeping was very nice and attentive. I would definitely stay there again."

"When I arrived I had to wait for housekeeping to finish with my room, I then had to drive back home because they needed a physical credit card. It’s too hot to go back & forth, I ended up leaving my bags at the hotel when I went back home. When I came back I was given the wrong room. It was my first time here so when I was given a room with just a living room you could imagine how confused I was, I felt silly that I couldn’t figure out what door led to my bedroom. I was in my room for an hour or two until I finally called the front desk, they sent someone to tell me I was given the wrong room, I had to struggle with my bags again, I had everything set up already so I had to pack up again. Due to so many mistakes they were kind enough to give us a courtesy meal & a room upgrade. If there were no mistakes I’m sure we would’ve loved it but we just like it, probably won’t be back"
