"Breakfast lady wasn’t friendly. Breakfast was mid at best. No milk was out and the main dish was cereal…Staff (housekeeper Jenny) was knocking on the door 2 hours before checkout and said oh sorry I did not see your do not disturb sign…hotel really run down but they had people working on the roof and some building authority came thru and shut them down for disregarding the safety of your guest and employees. gm Danny plays a good front but he treats and talks to the employees terribly and doesn’t really help anyone and complains when there is a billing discrepancies out Of guests control…"

"Older hotel with freshly remodeled rooms at a good price. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Great location when traveling I81 or I77 with plenty of eating options close by. "

"When we arrived at the hotel, there were cops there. We saw a man with his bags leaving. When we went inside to check-in, the man came inside and asked the manager for his name, which the manager refused and told him he would call the cops again. The man said all he wanted was a refund, but the manager refused. We didnt ask questions. It was the only hotel for almost 45mins that had a room available, and we were tired, so we just wanted to go to bed. They gave us a room key, and when going inside we noticed stink bugs EVERYWHERE. My husband collected some of them and put them in the toilet - but the toilet wouldnt flush. So we reported it and the manager got upset with us but gave us another room. When going inside, more stink bugs. Again, we put them in the toilet and it flushed. Hallelujah, right? Nope! The air only blew out cold air. It was 40° outside. We repoted it again but were told there was no other rooms and that if we chose not to stay, there was no refund. Now it is making sense why the man was upset when we got there. We might have slept 4 hours. We woke up at 5am to hot shower because we were freezing and felt gross (because of the condition of the room) but the shower barely worked. We left right away. It was awful. I fo not recommend staying here. "

"Bagels, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit, juice. Breakfast was ok. Room was great; clean, well equipped. I would stay here again and recommend to friends."

"We pass through Wytheville periodically and this is our favorite hotel. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Super close to the interstate with nearby restaurants."
