"Check -in time we were charged an extra $45. When we booked through Expedia, the room was listed for 4 people, and we only had 3 guests. We also showed this to the gentleman at the hotel, but he said it was hotel policy that a room with 2 queen beds could only have 2 persons. We have traveled across the US before and never had to pay extra because a room with 2 queen beds is usually meant for 4 people. Also, the hot pool was not working for 2 days during our stay."

"The 2 cakes of hand soap were small and thin about a dollar size. The face towels were thin and stained. The refrigerator was not working. Upon complaining the staff just swapped mine with the working one from the next room. The ice machine worked only part of the time. The breakfast consisted of orange juice, coffee, tea, toast, and Raisin Bran. Breakfast was not available till 7 which is late for me who wished to beat the traffic to get to Yosemite Valley. Although the room was large, and the staff was friendly enough, $260 + tax a day was way over charged,"

"We stayed here for one night with my 9 month old puppy and it was such a great experience! Upon checking in we were greeted with 3 little doggy treats which was such a nice gesture! Our little guy did great and loved playing with his toys in the spacious and clean room! Definitely staying here whenever we return to Yosemite! & their coffee in the morning was sooo good! Breakfast smelled delicious but we did not end of getting any! Highly recommend this hotel!"
