"Clean room"

"The commode was too low for adults, especially those with mobility problems, e.g., I use a cane and it is difficult to get up from that low position to standing. There were no grab bars to assist. Someone using a walker would have the same problem. The bathroom was too small for walker use. There were no accessible rooms available."

"I was pleasantly surprise and had a beautiful couples of days to visit with my husband on our anniversary. He currently living at Majestice Mountain Heathcare Center and I don't get to see him much. Thank you Queen's Inn by the River - I will be back "

"We have stayed here before and noticed some subtle changes. We do like how they provide some water bottles as a complimentary gift but noticed that there is no more taffy or trail mix offered as a snack in the lobby. Also, for your birthday I did receive a welcome gift last year but no gift was offered or no discount for the Jackolopes restaurant. Thanks!"
